Gulf Bank Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period: On Every Thursday in May 2026.
2. Offer Details: Gulf Bank Mastercard Lulu Prepaid Cashback cardholders will receive a fifteen percent (15%) discount on qualifying purchases, subject to these terms and conditions.
3. Discount Cap: The maximum discount per transaction is KD 10.
4. Minimum Purchase Requirement: A minimum purchase of KD 30 per transaction is required to qualify for this promotion.
5. Eligible Categories: on all products except Gift cards and Apple products.
6. Redemption Channels: The promotion is valid on online via the Lulu website or mobile app.
7. Redemption Limit: Each customer can redeem this Offer once per day during the Promotion Period.
8. Eligible Payment Method: Only Gulf Bank Mastercard Lulu Prepaid Cashback cardholders can avail this promotion. Other payment methods are not eligible.
9. Eligible Transactions: online purchases are considered ("Eligible Transactions"). Disputed, reversed, cancelled, or refunded transactions are not eligible.
10. Transaction Reversals and Clawback: If an eligible transaction is reversed, cancelled, or refunded, Gulf Bank reserves the right to reclaim the full discount amount. Customers are liable to repay such amounts.
11. Non-Transferability: The promotion is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
12. Amendment of Terms: Gulf Bank may amend, add, modify, cancel, or supplement these terms at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
13. Disqualification Rights: Gulf Bank reserves the right to disqualify anv cardholder at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of terms.
14. Governing Terms: These terms supplement Gulf Bank's general Mastercard Lulu Prepaid Cashback card terms and do not replace them.
15. Disputes: Gulf Bank's decision regarding any disputes related to this promotion shall be final and binding.
