[SHOP AND DRIVE] – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

• The campaign runs from 30.11.2025 to 31.12.2025, or as announced by Lulu.
• Lulu reserves the right to change, extend, or suspend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

• Promotion is open to UAE residents aged 18 years or older.
• To participate, customers must make a purchase of minimum one peice from any of the participating brands (Huggies, Kleenex, Kotex, Tilda, Scotch Brite, Anchor, Emirates Macaroni, Haribo, American Garden and David off) during the promotion period https://gcc.luluhypermarket.com/en-ae/campaign/alseer-byd-car/
• Customers may purchase as many times they wish, and every eligible order having at least one product of the participating brands will count as a separate entry into the draw
• Online or gift voucher transactions are excluded.
• Participants may be auto-enrolled in Lulu Happiness loyalty programme if not already members.

3. How to Participate & Coupon Issuance

• Raffle coupons are issued per valid transaction/order or invoice, not per product.
• Customers must provide their registered contact details/phone linked to Lulu Happiness or E-Receipt at checkout.
• Coupons will be sent to customers via any communication channel that Lulu selects (e.g., SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notification) within 48 working hours of eligible purchase.
• Customers can also view their eligible raffle coupons by logging into the Lulu Mobile App or the Lulu E-Receipt Platform (https://ebill.lulucrm.com/).
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and active contact information.
• Any customer complaint regarding the non-receipt of a raffle coupon or customer's inability to participate in the draw, despite making an eligible purchase, will not be accepted by Lulu if not registered before the campaign end date.

4. Draws & Winner Selection

• Draw will be held under relevant authority supervision.
• Prize draws shall be conducted as either an electronic draw or a manual draw, as determined and supervised by the overseeing authority.
• The draw methodology and supervision procedures shall comply with applicable UAE regulatory requirements and authority directives.
• Winners are announced via Lulu platforms and must present appropriate identification (e.g., Emirates ID or passport) and the official Lulu notification to claim prizes.
• Prize claims must occur within the specified period or else the same will be forfeited.
• If winners cannot be reached, fail to claim, or are disqualified, Lulu may substitute winners or consider prizes unclaimed at its discretion.

5. Prizes & Redemption

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All prizes are awarded on an 'as is' basis. Lulu makes no guarantees regarding quality or merchantability.
• Lulu may substitute unavailable prizes with items of equivalent worth determined at the sole discretion of Lulu.
• Decisions regarding prize allocation are final and binding.
• The winner is responsible for all vehicle registration, insurance, Salik etc.
• The car will be delivered by the authorized dealer.
• Warranty will be solely provided by the car manufacturer in accordance with their standard terms and conditions.
• Lulu will not be responsible for any issues repairs or claims related to the vehicle after the handover.

6. Disqualification and Fraud

• Lulu reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, acting fraudulently or dishonestly, violating these Terms and Conditions or any law, submitting invalid or duplicate bills, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
• Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the campaign may result in exclusion from current and future promotions and may be subject to legal action and reporting to the competent authority.
• Multiple entries, automated participation, or participation via third-party services is not allowed, unless expressly permitted. Lulu reserves the right to void such entries and inform the competent authority if required.

7. Exclusions

• Employees of Lulu and Alseer, their immediate family, and affiliated company employees are not eligible to enter.

8. Technical & System Disclaimer

• Lulu is not liable for any delay, failure, or error in coupon delivery, claim, or redemption due to technical glitches, system malfunctions, email/SMS failures, unauthorized access, cyberattacks, device/network issues, configuration errors, external disruptions, or any event beyond Lulu's control.
• Lulu assumes no liability for losses or damages resulting from technical or electronic failures.

9. Publicity & Consent

• By participating, customers consent to Lulu using their name, likeness, and statements for marketing or promotional purposes on any media without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Marketing & Communication Consent

• Participation permits Lulu to contact customers about offers and campaigns via SMS, WhatsApp, email, phone call, push notification, or social media.
• Participant data will only be used for marketing purposes with explicit consent, in accordance with UAE data protection law.
• Participants can withdraw their consent for marketing at any time by contacting Lulu or using the provided opt-out mechanism.
• Data will be protected and processed in line with Lulu's Privacy Policy and UAE law.

11. Loyalty Program Consent

• By participating, customers consent to Lulu enrolling them in Lulu Happiness loyalty programme if not already members, governed by its official terms and privacy policy.
• Members will receive benefits and communications as outlined in the programme terms.

13. Right to Amend

• Lulu may, at its sole discretion, modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued participation means acceptance of any updates.

14. Regulatory Approval & Authority Supervision

• This promotion is conducted in accordance with UAE regulations and with the necessary approvals from the Department of Economic Development and applicable municipal authorities.
• All prize draws are supervised by relevant authorities as mandated by law.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of UAE, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.
