1. What is the offer?

2. How can I avail this offer?

Just go through the normal purchase process and checkout with a LuLu ENBD credit card on the checkout page. Your discounted cart value should start reflecting. Complete the payment and place your order.

3. What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?

A minimum spend of AED 100 is required to avail this offer with LuLu ENBD card.

4. What is the maximum discount that I can avail?

The maximum discount possible per transaction across luluhypermarket.com website and mobile app is AED 50 and Free delivery on LuLu ENBD Credit Cards. The offer is valid for UAE region only & first 450 customers every weekend (Saturday & Sunday).

5. Is discount applicable on debit and credit cards?

The offer is applicable on LuLu ENBD Credit Cards only. The offer is valid for UAE region only.

6. Can I avail discount on EMI?

The discount will reflect if your cart value is above AED 100 on using LuLu ENBD credit card. For availing EMI benefits, please contact ENBD Bank customer care directly.

7. Why is my discount not reflecting on checkout page?

To avail the discount, please ensure that you are using LuLu ENBD credit cards. Also please ensure that your cart value is above AED 100. This offer is valid in UAE region only and the customer is eligible to avail this Offer only once in the weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

8. Will I be eligible for this offer if my payment fails while placing an order?

If your payment fails while placing the order, you can revise the payment. You can also reach out our customer care for support. Please note that you would be eligible for this discount, if you successfully place an order within the offer duration fulfilling all the eligible criteria.

• Discount is only applicable to LuLu ENBD Mastercard holders.
• Offer valid on every Saturday & Sunday.
• Customer is eligible only for 1 order per weekends.
• Offer is valid for first 450 customers on weekends (Saturday & Sunday combined) during the promotion period.
• This discount will not be clubbed with any Mastercard exclusive offers in LuLu.
• Offer is non-transferable.

These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the luluhypermarket.com Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using luluhypermarket.com and Terms & Conditions of Cards of ENBD Bank. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.

All customers in UAE region holding a valid LuLu ENBD credit card issued by the ENBD Bank (each a "Card") are eligible to avail the Offer (each a "Cardholder").

The Offer is valid until 31st May 2026 (collectively "Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Lulu Hypermarket (in its sole discretion), without any prior notice and without any liability.

Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any product(s) (each a “Product”, and collectively “Products”) in LuLu Hypermarket platform and makes payment using a LuLu ENBD credit card shall be entitled to receive an instant discount of 15% (maximum amount of AED 50) provided that such transaction is equivalent to or exceeds AED 100.

The maximum discount provided under this Offer will not exceed AED 50/-.

This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or LuLu cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount actually paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.

LuLu Hypermarket and/or the ENBD Bank reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified.

LuLu hypermarket and/or the ENBD Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice, to modify or withdraw the offer.

Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary.

Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the ENBD Bank or LuLu Hypermarket to conduct further offers.

Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi subject to the federal laws of the UAE. Any dispute shall be adjudicated through competent courts in the UAE.
