- Campaign duration: 25th May – 31st May 2026.
- Minimum purchase value for discount eligibility: SAR 250.
- Maximum discount amount will be SAR 75.
- This offer is valid on purchases made on LuLu stores, mobile app, and website, fulfilled by LuLu using eligible Riyad cards.
- Discount is not applicable through Apple Pay, Mada Pay, and Samsung Pay payment methods.
- Customer must enter and display their respective card during checkout.
- This offer cannot be combined with Buy Now, Pay Later and Trade-In features.
- This offer is limited to a maximum of 1 transaction per day for both online and offline purchases.
- The offer will not apply to the purchase of LuLu gift vouchers.
- The promotion does not apply to Apple products, PlayStations, pre-orders, LuLu gift vouchers, other vouchers, digital cards/recharge cards/gift cards, Trade-In, Apple Care+, Huawei Care+, and Samsung Care+.
- Offer valid on one redemption per customer per day. Cashiers will be informed accordingly, as it is a manual process in-store.
- Purchase reversals, refunds, and transactions disputed by the customer are excluded from this offer.
- This promotion is not available to customers considered wholesalers.
- Please file all complaints and queries regarding your orders within 3 days after the campaign ends.
- Discount will be applied automatically online and manually offline when checkout is completed using a Riyad credit/debit card. No promo code is required.
- LuLu reserves the right to cancel an order if any breach of these Terms and Conditions occurs.
- The Bank’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion, including but not limited to eligibility and exclusions, shall be final and binding.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Riyad and LuLu reserve the right, at their absolute discretion, to amend, withdraw, and/or supplement these Terms and Conditions by written notice in accordance with applicable law.
