2. Promotion Period

• Start Date: 08 August 2026
• End Date: 13 September 2026
• Valid across all LuLu Hypermarkets in UAE.
• Registration closes on 13 September 2026 (Midnight).
• LuLu reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

• Open to UAE residents aged 18 years or above.
• Minimum purchase of AED 100 in a single invoice on eligible school essentials.
• Valid for both LuLu Hypermarkets and LuLu Online.
• Customers will automatically be enrolled into LuLu Happiness if not already members.

4. How to Participate

• One raffle coupon per eligible transaction.
• Registered mobile number must be linked with LuLu Happiness or E-Receipt.
• Existing Happiness members are automatically entered.
• New customers receive an SMS registration link.
• Coupons are delivered within 48 working hours.
• Coupons can also be viewed in the LuLu Mobile App or E-Receipt portal.

6. Prize Redemption

• Winners must present Emirates ID or Passport.
• Prize claim period: within 2 months of announcement.
• Only one prize per winner.
• Prizes are non-transferable.
• No cash alternative.

7. Fraud & Disqualification

• Fraudulent participation will result in disqualification.
• Duplicate or invalid bills are not accepted.
• Automated or third-party participation is prohibited.
• LuLu reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.

8. Exclusions

• Employees of LuLu and their immediate family members are not eligible.
