- Discount is applicable only to Electronics & Appliances (Mobiles, Laptops, TVs, Smart Wearables, IT & Mobile Accessories & Others) when using Mastercard cards issued in the UAE.
- Customer must use his / her Mastercard card issued in UAE for a single transaction of AED 200 or above on the Lulu website or app.
- Cardholders will receive a 20% discount on qualifying transactions that satisfy the minimum spending requirement, applicable from 30th June 2026 onwards.
- Customers are eligible for only 1 transaction per card during the campaign period.
- Maximum discount is capped at AED 75.
- Offer valid on purchases made through www.luluhypermarket.com & LuLu app UAE.
- The Promotion is applicable only to eligible transactions made with Mastercard cards issued in UAE and does not apply to transactions made with any other payment method or any other bank cards.
- Offer is non-transferable.
- Free delivery is available only for eligible customers.
- This offer will not apply if you pay using your LuLu Credits or Apple Pay or LuLu Gift cards.
- The promotion does not apply to LuLu Gift cards.
- Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Bank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including but not limited to eligibility and exclusions, shall be final and binding.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE.
- Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
- Mastercard & LuLu reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, withdraw and/or supplement these Terms and Conditions at Bank’s discretion, by notice in writing to you in accordance with applicable law.
- The Bank shall not be liable for and shall not entertain claims related to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided under the benefit/ reward by a third party supplier and shall not be responsible to the qualifying customer/ cardholder for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees, costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by any of qualifying customer/ cardholder under or pursuant to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided/ proposed to be provided by a third party supplier under these Terms and Conditions.

This offer is valid only in the UAE, and each customer is eligible to avail the offer once only during the campaign period.
8. Will I be eligible for this offer if my payment fails while placing an order?

Additional Offer Terms
- These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the luluhypermarket.com Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using luluhypermarket.com and Terms & Conditions of Mastercard. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail only for the purposes of this Offer.
- All customers in the UAE region holding a valid Mastercard card issued in UAE are eligible to avail the Offer (each a "Cardholder").
- The Offer is valid during the Offer Period, unless revoked or extended by Lulu Hypermarket (at its sole discretion), without prior notice and without any liability.
- Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any Electronics & Appliance product(s) (each a “Product”, and collectively “Products”) in LuLu Hypermarket platform and makes payment using any Mastercard card shall be entitled to receive an instant discount of 20% (maximum amount of AED 75) provided that such transaction is exceeds AED 200.
- This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or LuLu cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount actually paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.
- LuLu Hypermarket and Mastercard reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card. Lulu Hypermarket and Mastercard reserve their right to initiate legal recourses in the event of cheating or any other fraudulent activity by the person(s) trying to avail the Offer.
- LuLu hypermarket and Mastercard reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change/cancel or vary any or all these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
- Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Mastercard or LuLu Hypermarket to conduct further, similar, or other offers.
