"Lulu Happiness Nature Valley Raffle Draw"

By participating in this promotion, participants acknowledge agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:

• This promotion is open to all Happiness registered customers of Lulu Hypermarket, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Participants must buy any Nature Valley products worth AED 15 or more and get a raffle draw coupon in your receipt. 
• Participants shall be responsible for giving complete and accurate information to participate in the Promotion.
• Purchase of gift voucher is not included in raffle promotion eligibility.
• This promotion is valid exclusively for purchases made in Lulu stores. Online transactions are not eligible.

2. Promotion Period:

• The promotion period begins on 25^th January 2025 and ends on 10^th February 2025 at 11:59 PM GST. Entries received after this period will not be considered.

3. Entry & Raffle Coupon distribution:

• Eligible customers with Lulu shopping APP can participate by 
  1. Scanning the QR code placed in store 
  2. Visiting e-receipt section in Lulu Shopping App 
  3. Clicking “Register button” within their eligible receipt.  
• Customers who do not have Lulu shopping APP can participate 
  1. By visiting ebill.lulumea.com
  2. Signing in with their registered mobile number. 
  3. Clicking “Register button” within their eligible receipt.  

 

• Customers will receive a raffle draw coupon for every AED 15 spent on Nature Valley products
• The raffle coupons will be sent within 48 hours by Email.

4. Prize:

• 2 million happiness points for 4 winners. 
• 80,000 happiness points for 275 winners.
• Lulu Hypermarket LLC. reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

5. Winner Selection and Prize Distribution

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
• The drawing will take place 10 days after the promotion period ends.
• The winner will be announced and notified via the email address or registered phone number provided. The customer needs to save the Email/SMS for future use.
• The winner will receive Happiness points on their registered mobile number 10 days after the draw is complete.
• Happiness points will be credited to the winner account linked to the same mobile number used in the Raffle Draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Lulu Hypermarket LLC reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

6. Data Privacy:

• Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and in accordance with Lulu's privacy policy available at https://www.luluhypermarket.com/en-ae/privacy-policy 
• By entering this promotion, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and awarding the prize.

7. General Conditions:

• Lulu Hypermarket LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Lulu's control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Lulu at its sole discretion.
• Lulu reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.
• By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Lulu, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• Lulu Hypermarket LLC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or unauthorized human intervention in the promotion.
• By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lulu Hypermarket LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or receipt of the prize.
