Discount is only applicable to all Mastercard credit cards issued in UAE.
Customer must use his / her Mastercard credit card issued in UAE for a single transaction of AED 100 or above on the Lulu website or app.
Cardholders will receive a 20% discount on qualifying transactions that satisfy the minimum spending requirement, applicable from 03rd June 2025 to 06th June 2025 only.
Customers are eligible for only 2 transaction per card during the campaign period.
Maximum discount is capped at AED 75.
Offer valid on purchases made through www.luluhypermarket.com & LuLu app UAE.
The Promotion is applicable only to eligible transactions made with Mastercard credit cards issued in UAE and does not apply to transactions made with any other payment method or any other bank cards.
Offer is non-transferable.
Free delivery available only for the eligible customers.
This offer will not apply if you pay using your LuLu Credits or Apple Pay or LuLu Gift cards.
The promotion does not apply to LuLu Gift cards.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Bank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including but not limited to eligibility and exclusions, shall be final and binding.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Mastercard & LuLu reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, withdraw and/or supplement these Terms and Conditions at Bank’s discretion, by notice in writing to you in accordance with applicable law.
The Bank shall not be liable for and shall not entertain claims related to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided under the benefit/ reward by a third party supplier and shall not be responsible to the qualifying customer/ cardholder for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees, costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by any of qualifying customer/ cardholder under or pursuant to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided/ proposed to be provided by a third party supplier under these Terms and Conditions.

To avail the discount, please ensure that you are using any Mastercard credit cards. Also please ensure that your cart value is above AED 100. This offer is valid in UAE region only and the customer is eligible to avail this Offer only twice during the campaign period.

8. Will I be eligible for this offer if my payment fails while placing an order?

If your payment fails while placing the order, you can revise the payment. You can also reach out our customer care for support. Please note that you would be eligible for this discount, if you successfully place an order within the offer duration fulfilling all the eligible criteria.

These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the luluhypermarket.com Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using luluhypermarket.com and Terms & Conditions of Mastercard. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
All customers in UAE region holding a valid Mastercard credit card issued in UAE are eligible to avail the Offer (each a "Cardholder").
The Offer is valid until 06th June 2025 (collectively "Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Lulu Hypermarket (in its sole discretion), without any prior notice and without any liability.
Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any product(s) in LuLu Hypermarket platform and makes payment using any Mastercard credit card shall be entitled to receive an instant discount of 20% (maximum AED 75) provided that the transaction is AED 100 or above.
This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or LuLu cancels the order and/or returns the product. The instant discount will not be refunded.
LuLu Hypermarket and Mastercard reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder if any fraudulent activity is identified. Legal action may be taken in such cases.
LuLu Hypermarket and Mastercard reserve the right, at any time, without notice, to change, replace, or withdraw this Offer.
Participation in this Offer is voluntary and on a best effort basis.
Nothing here constitutes a commitment for future offers by Mastercard or LuLu Hypermarket.
