1. What is the offer?

Get additional 20% Instant Discount with LuLu Mastercard Credit Cards, on purchase of any product listed in the lulu website (ie luluhypermarket.com UAE and LuLu mobile app UAE). The offer is valid from 12/08/2026 onwards.

2. How can I avail this offer?

Just go through the normal purchase process and checkout with LuLu Mastercard credit card on the checkout page. Your discounted cart value should start reflecting. Complete the payment and place your order.

3. What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?

A minimum spend of AED 200 is required to avail this offer with LuLu Mastercard credit cards.

4. What is the maximum discount that I can avail?

The maximum discount possible per transaction across luluhypermarket.com website and mobile app is AED 50 on LuLu Mastercard Credit Cards. The offer is valid for UAE region only.

5. Is discount applicable on debit and credit cards?

The offer is applicable on LuLu Mastercard Credit Cards issued in UAE only.

6. Can I avail discount on EMI?

The discount will reflect if your cart value is above AED 200 on using LuLu Mastercard credit card. For availing EMI benefits, please contact respective Bank customer care directly.

7. Why my discount is not reflecting on checkout page?

To avail the discount, please ensure that you are using LuLu Mastercard credit cards. Also please ensure that your cart value is above AED 200. This offer is valid in UAE region only and the customer is eligible to avail this Offer only Once during each Wednesday .

8. Will I be eligible for this offer if my payment fails while placing an order?

If your payment fails while placing the order, you can revise the payment. You can also reach out our customer care for support. Please note that you would be eligible for this discount, if you successfully place an order within the offer duration fulfilling all the eligible criteria.

Minimum order value to avail the offer is AED 200 per transaction.
Maximum of AED 50 discount will be given per transaction.
Multiple offers cannot be combined. The customer will receive only one offer at a time.
Offer valid on purchases made through www.luluhypermarket.com & LuLu App UAE.

Discount will be applied automatically when you check out using your LuLu Mastercard credit card issued in the UAE.
The offer is valid for 1 transaction per card every Wednesday.
This offer will not apply if you pay using your LuLu Credits or Apple Pay
The promotion does not apply to LuLu Gift cards.
Free delivery is only available to eligible customers.
These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the luluhypermarket.com Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using luluhypermarket.com and Terms & Conditions of Cards of respective Bank. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
All customers in UAE region holding a LuLu credit card issued by Mastercard (each a "Card") are eligible to avail the Offer (each a "Cardholder").
The Offer is valid during the Offer Period, unless revoked or extended by Lulu Hypermarket (at its sole discretion), without prior notice and without any liability.
Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any product(s) (each a “Product”, and collectively “Products”) in LuLu Hypermarket platform and makes payment using a LuLu Mastercard credit card shall be entitled to receive an instant discount of 20% (maximum amount of AED 50) provided that such transaction is equivalent to or exceeds AED 200.
The maximum discount provided under this Offer will not exceed AED 50/-
This offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or LuLu cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount actually paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.
LuLu Hypermarket reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card. Lulu Hypermarket reserve their right to initiate legal recourses in the event of cheating or any other fraudulent activity by the person(s) trying to avail the Offer.
LuLu hypermarkets reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by LuLu Hypermarket to conduct further, similar, or other offers.
Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi subject to the federal laws of the UAE. Any dispute arising in relation to these Offer Terms and/or availing the discount agreed to be provided under this Offer, shall be adjudicated through competent courts in the UAE.
Please note that this offer cannot be combined with any other card offers or coupon currently available on the website.
