1. Promotion Period & Participating Stores

The promotion is valid from 25 September 2026 to 8 November 2026, both dates inclusive. Only eligible purchases made during the promotion period will qualify.

The promotion is available at participating Lulu Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Department Stores, Express stores and Lulu Daily stores across the UAE. Participation may vary by location, and campaign availability will be indicated through the applicable in-store campaign communication.

2. How to Participate

• Spend AED 100 or more in a single transaction.
• The same transaction must include at least 3 products from participating P&G brands.
• Both qualifying conditions must be met within the same transaction.
• Multiple bills cannot be combined to meet the qualifying conditions.
• Each eligible transaction will be considered separately.
• Customers may participate more than once during the campaign, provided each transaction meets the qualifying conditions.

3. Participating P&G Brands

Participating brands include: Always, Ariel, Crest, Downy, Fairy, Gillette, Head & Shoulders, Herbal Essences, Olay, Oral-B, Pampers, Pantene, Tide, and Venus.

Participating products are subject to availability and product selection may vary between participating stores.

4. Prize & Voucher

• Eligible customers will have a chance to win their trolley value.
• A winner will receive a Lulu voucher equivalent to the eligible value of the winning transaction.
• The original winning transaction will not be refunded or provided free of charge.
• The equivalent eligible winning value will be issued as a Lulu voucher for a subsequent eligible purchase.

5. In-Store Voucher Redemption

The winning voucher may be used toward a subsequent eligible purchase at participating Lulu stores across the UAE.

The voucher cannot be redeemed:

• At Tenant outlets.
• At REO.
• At Eye Express.

6. Qualifying Transaction Value

• The minimum AED 100 spend will be calculated based on the net eligible transaction value after applicable discounts.
• The same transaction must include at least 3 participating P&G products.

7. Returns & Refunds

The applicable Lulu return and exchange policy will continue to apply.

Customers must present the original winning bill/receipt when returning or requesting a refund for any goods purchased as part of a winning transaction. Related voucher details may also be required.

If products from a winning transaction are subsequently returned or refunded:

• The eligibility of the winning transaction may be reassessed.
• For a partial return, the remaining transaction must continue to meet the campaign qualifying conditions, including a minimum eligible spend of AED 100 and at least 3 participating P&G products.
• If the remaining transaction no longer meets the qualifying conditions, the related winning voucher may be cancelled or invalidated.
• Where a voucher has already been redeemed, any return or refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable Lulu return/refund policy, these Terms & Conditions, and applicable UAE law.

1. Promotion Period & Participation

The promotion is valid on Lulu Online UAE from 25 September 2026 to 8 November 2026, both dates inclusive.

To participate online:

• Spend AED 100 or more in a single Lulu Online UAE order.
• The same order must include at least 3 eligible products from participating P&G brands.
• Both qualifying conditions must be met within the same order.
• Multiple online orders cannot be combined.
• Customers must place the order through a signed-in Lulu Online UAE account. Guest checkout orders do not qualify.
• No separate campaign registration or campaign code is required.
• Each eligible online order will be considered separately.

2. Online Winner Notification

• Winning customers will be notified through their registered Lulu Online UAE account and/or registered contact details.
• Customers should maintain accurate and active account and contact details to receive winner-related communication. Lulu may be unable to verify eligibility or complete voucher/prize distribution if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Each customer account may win only once during the campaign period.

3. Online Prize & Voucher

• A winning customer will receive an account-linked Lulu voucher equivalent to the eligible value of the winning online order.
• The original winning order will not be refunded.
• The voucher will be credited to the winning customer's Lulu Online UAE account following the applicable 7-day eligibility confirmation period.

4. Online Voucher Redemption

The winning voucher may be redeemed through the winner's Lulu Online UAE account.

The voucher cannot be redeemed through third-party or aggregator platforms, including:

• Amazon
• Talabat
• InstaShop

5. Qualifying Online Order Value

The qualifying value will be based on the net amount paid for eligible products after applicable discounts.

The following are excluded from the qualifying purchase value and winning voucher value:

• Delivery charges
• Service or convenience fees
• Bag charges
• Gift wrapping charges
• Taxes applied to excluded fees or charges
• Amounts covered by promo codes, wallet credits, rewards, redemptions or other non-product credits, where applicable
• Other applicable non-product charges

The voucher value will be based on the final eligible order value.

6. Online Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or invalid orders do not qualify.
• If a winning order is cancelled, refunded, or becomes ineligible before voucher issuance, the prize will not be issued.
• If part of a winning order is returned, the remaining eligible order value will be recalculated.
• Following a partial return, the revised order must continue to meet the AED 100 minimum eligible spend and include at least 3 participating P&G products.
• If the revised order remains eligible, the voucher value will be based on the revised eligible order value.
• If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or found invalid after voucher issuance, the related voucher may be invalidated.
• Customers should retain their online order confirmation or invoice for return/refund or voucher-related queries, if required.

1. General Voucher Conditions

• The voucher is valid until 30 November 2026. Any unused voucher will expire after the validity date.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
• The voucher must be redeemed in accordance with the applicable in-store or online redemption conditions in these Terms & Conditions.

2. Fraud & Misuse

Lulu reserves the right to disqualify a transaction/order or invalidate a prize where there is evidence of:

• False or incorrect information.
• Invalid, duplicated, altered, or fraudulent receipts/orders.
• Misuse or attempted manipulation of the promotion.
• Failure to meet the applicable qualifying conditions.
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable UAE laws.

3. Product Availability & Visuals

Participating products are subject to stock availability. Product selection may vary between participating Lulu stores and Lulu Online UAE.

Images of products, trolleys, vouchers or other campaign elements used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes unless otherwise stated.

4. Technical Conditions

Lulu will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by technical, network, communication, or system issues outside its reasonable control.

5. Customer Information, Administrative Communications & Privacy

Where customer information is required for online participation, winner notification, voucher issuance, or prize fulfilment, customers must provide accurate and active information. Lulu may be unable to verify eligibility or complete voucher/prize distribution if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

Campaign-related winner notifications, eligibility communications, voucher issuance and prize-fulfilment communications are administrative communications and are separate from marketing communications. Such administrative communications may be sent regardless of the customer's marketing communication preferences, subject to applicable laws.

Personal information collected or processed in connection with the promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE data-protection requirements and the Lulu Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice explains the purposes of processing, applicable retention periods and customers' data-protection rights.

Marketing communications, where applicable, will remain subject to the customer's applicable consent and communication preferences. Customers may update their communication preferences or withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting Lulu through the contact details stated in these Terms & Conditions.

6. Winner Photos & Videos

Photographs and/or videos of winners captured in connection with the promotion or prize handover may be used by Lulu for marketing, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes across Lulu communication channels, in accordance with applicable laws and as described in the Lulu Privacy Notice.

Where a winner is below the legal age, Lulu will obtain the necessary consent of the parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable laws and the Lulu Privacy Notice.

7. Amendments & Changes to the Promotion

Lulu reserves the right to amend, modify, extend, suspend or cancel these Terms & Conditions and/or the promotion, in whole or in part, where reasonably required, subject to applicable UAE laws, regulations and regulatory approvals.

Any such changes will become effective from the date they are communicated through the applicable Lulu channels.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of the latest applicable approved Terms & Conditions.

8. Regulatory Requirements

The promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations and is subject to the necessary approvals from the relevant UAE authorities.
