Full Terms and Conditions

  1. Campaign duration: 08.02.2026 to 10.02.2026.
  2. Minimum purchase value for discount eligibility SAR 400.
  3. Maximum Discount amount will be SAR 100.
  4. This offer is valid on purchases made on the LuLu Stores, mobile app and website and fulfilled by LuLu using eligible Riyad cards.
  5. Discount is not applicable through Apple pay; Mada Pay & Samsung Pay payment methods.
  6. Customer must enter and display their respective card during the checkout.
  7. This offer cannot be combined with buy now, pay later & trade in features.
  8. In online and offline channel, the offer will be limited to maximum of 3 transactions each during the campaign period, that is, 1 per day for online and offline.
  9. The offer will not apply for purchase of LuLu gift vouchers.
  10. The promotion does not apply to apple products, play stations, Pre-orders, & Lulu Gift vouchers & other vouchers, Digital cards/Recharge cards/Gift Cards, Trade in, Apple Care+, Huawei Care+ and Samsung Care+).
  11. Offer valid on one redemption per customer per day and we shall intimate our cashier accordingly since its manual process instore.
  12. Purchase reversals, refunds, and transactions disputed by the customer are excluded from this offer.
  13. This promotion is not available to any customers who are considered has wholesalers.
  14. Please file all complaints and queries on your orders within 3 days after the campaign ends.
  15. Discount will be applied automatically in online / manually in offline when you checkout using your Riyad credit / debit card. There is no promo code to enter.
  16. Lulu has the right to cancel an order if a breach is to occur on any of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
  17. The Bank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including but not limited to eligibility and exclusions, shall be final and binding.
  18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  19. Riyad & Lulu reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, withdraw and/or supplement these Terms and Conditions at Bank’s discretion, by notice in writing in accordance with applicable law.
