Ramadan Dream Drive – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

• The campaign runs from 11th January to 21st March 2026.
• Lulu reserves the right to change, extend, or suspend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Oman residents aged 18 years or older.
• Shop for RO 10 or more in a single receipt at any Lulu outlets in Oman or LuLu Online.
• Participants will be auto-enrolled in the Lulu Happiness loyalty programme if not already members.
• Multiple bills cannot be combined to reach RO 10.
• Gift voucher purchases are not eligible.

3. How to Participate & Coupon Issuance

• Raffle coupons are issued per valid transaction, not per product.
• Customers must provide their contact details or Lulu Happiness linked number at checkout.
• Coupons will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp within 48 working hours.
• Customers may also view coupons via Lulu Mobile App or E-Receipt platform: https://ebill.lulucrm.com/
• Customers must ensure accurate contact details.
• Complaints must be registered before the campaign end date.

4. Draws & Winner Selection

• Draws will be conducted under relevant authority supervision.
• Draws may be electronic or manual as approved by the authorities.
• Winners must present valid identification and official Lulu notification.
• Unclaimed or unreachable winners may forfeit their prizes.

5. Prizes & Redemption

• Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• All prizes are provided on an “as-is” basis.
• Lulu may substitute prizes of equal value if required.
• All decisions are final and binding.

6. Disqualification and Fraud

• Any fraudulent, dishonest, or disruptive behavior will result in disqualification.
• Multiple or automated entries are not allowed.
• Lulu reserves the right to take legal or regulatory action.

7. Exclusions

• Lulu employees, their immediate family, and affiliated company staff are not eligible.

8. Technical & System Disclaimer

• Lulu is not responsible for technical failures, SMS issues, system errors, or connectivity problems.
• No liability will be accepted for losses due to such failures.

9. Publicity & Consent

By participating, customers consent to Lulu using their name, image, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.

10. Marketing & Communication Consent

• Lulu may contact participants via SMS, WhatsApp, email, phone, or social media.
• Data will be processed according to Oman law and Lulu’s Privacy Policy.
• Customers can opt out at any time.

11. Loyalty Program Consent

Customers agree to be enrolled in Lulu Happiness loyalty programme and governed by its terms and privacy policy.

12. Right to Amend

Continued participation confirms acceptance of updated terms.

13. Regulatory Approval

This promotion is conducted in accordance with Oman laws and supervised by relevant authorities.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Oman and subject to Oman courts.
