Terms and conditions of Lulu

Happiness Program - QATAR

By entering and submitting your details for Lulu Happiness Program, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below.

1. Eligibility

The program is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid QATAR phone number. To enrol in the program, you must provide your name and phone number.

2. Earning points

Points can be earned by making a purchase at Lulu brick and mortar stores. Points will be awarded based on the amount spent on each purchase and will be computed based on the ongoing promotions at the respective stores. Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards. Points cannot be transferred to any other person regardless of their subscription status to any program.

3. Redeeming points

Points can be redeemed on future purchases at Lulu stores. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Customers have the choice to redeem their points when they have accrued a minimum of 200 points, and they can do so in increments of 10 points during purchases at Lulu stores.

4. Recovery of Points

The company retains the authority to reclaim any points issued due to errors or incorrect application of promotions. When returning items for which happiness points were received, those points will be deducted. If there aren't enough points available for deduction at the time of return, the equivalent value of the points associated with the return will be deducted from the exchange voucher or another applicable refund method.

5. Expiration of points

Points will expire one year from the date they are earned.

6. Changes to the program

The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or any of its terms and conditions at any time without notice. The company will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes to program members.

7. Privacy

The company will collect and use personal information collected through the program in accordance with its privacy policy.

8. Promotions

You're consenting to get promotional communications via WhatsApp, SMS, email, w.r.t Lulu Happiness Program and its offers.

9. Opt-out

You can opt-out of this program by writing an email to [email protected]. After verification of identity, you shall be removed from receiving points under this program. Your points shall be permanently

erased upon removal.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions and the program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of QATAR, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.
