This promotion is valid for customers who:

• Purchase any Pampers product from any Lulu outlet across Oman or LuLu Online during the promotional period.
• Must be a resident of Oman and at least 18 years of age.
• Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• After the initial registration, customers are only required to submit their mobile number for subsequent qualifying purchases.
• Customers will receive one (1) e-raffle coupon for each Pampers product transaction.
• Each purchase receipt is valid for a single claim only.
• Submitted claims will be validated to determine the number of eligible Pampers products purchased.
• E-raffle coupons will only be issued for verified and valid claims.
• Customers should retain their raffle coupon codes, which will be available through the Lulu App e-bill portal, for prize verification and collection.
• It is recommended to use a personal email address for registration to avoid emails being blocked or marked as spam due to corporate email restrictions.
• Lulu shall not be held responsible for any failure in coupon delivery resulting from incorrect customer information.
• For any queries or clarifications regarding raffle coupons, customers may contact the Customer Service Desk at their nearest Lulu outlet.
• The raffle draw will be conducted under the supervision of representatives from the relevant Municipality or the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
• Raffle draw will be completed by 3rd December 2025.
• The names of the winners will be announced on Lulu’s official social media channels and website.
• Prize must be claimed within 90 days from the end of the promotion period.
• Winners from salalah eligible to stay at Anantara Salalah, winner from Muscat and other governorates are eligible to stay at Anantara Jebal Akhdar.
