1. Offer Period: The offer is valid every Thursday during October 2026.
2. Offer Details: Gulf Bank Lulu Mastercard Prepaid Cashback Cardholders are eligible for a 15% discount on eligible purchases, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Discount Cap: The maximum discount is 10 KWD per transaction.
4. Minimum Purchase: The minimum purchase value must not be less than 30 KWD per transaction to qualify for the offer.
5. Eligible Categories: The offer applies to all products excluding gift cards and Apple products.
6. Channels to Avail the Offer: The offer is valid for online purchases through the Lulu website or Lulu application.
7. Offer Usage Limit: Each customer is entitled to benefit from the offer once every Thursday during the offer period.
8. Eligible Payment Method: The offer is strictly limited to Gulf Bank Lulu Mastercard Prepaid Cashback Cardholders. This campaign does not apply to any other payment methods.
9. Eligible Transactions: Purchases made online are considered "eligible transactions." Eligible transactions do not include any disputed, reversed, cancelled, or refunded transactions.
10. Transaction Reversal and Discount Recovery: In the event of any reversal, cancellation, or refund of an eligible transaction, Gulf Bank reserves the right to recover the full discount amount, and the customer is obligated to return any amounts due in this regard.
11. Non-Transferability: The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
12. Modification of Terms: Gulf Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, amend, change, cancel, or supplement these terms without prior notice.
13. Right to Exclude: Gulf Bank reserves the right to exclude any cardholder from the offer at its discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, misuse of the offer, or breach of these terms.
14. Governing Terms: These terms are supplementary to, and do not replace, the general terms and conditions of the Gulf Bank Lulu Mastercard Prepaid Cashback Card.
15. Disputes: Gulf Bank's decision regarding any dispute related to this offer shall be final and binding.
