Happiness Program - UAE

By entering and submitting your details for Lulu Happiness Program, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below

1. Eligibility:

The program is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid UAE phone number. To enrol in the program, you must provide your name and phone number.

2. Earning points:

Points can be earned by making purchase at Lulu brick and mortar stores on any transaction above 1 AED. Points will be awarded based on the amount spent on each purchase. Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards. Points cannot be transferred to any other person regardless of their subscription status to any program.

3. Redeeming points:

Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at lulu stores. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Expiration of points:

Points will expire one year from the date they are earned.

5. Changes to the program:

The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or any of its terms and conditions at any time without notice. The company will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes to program members.

6. Privacy:

The company will collect and use personal information collected through the program in accordance with its privacy policy.

7.Promotions:

You're consenting to get promotional communications via whatsapp , SMS e-mail, w.r.t Lulu happiness program and it's offers. You can opt-out of this program by writing an email to [email protected] . After verification of identity, you shall be removed from receiving points under this program. Your points shall be permanently erased upon removal.

8. Governing law:

These terms and conditions and the program itself shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE
