1. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from 5th March 2026 to 20th March.

2. Offer Details: Boubyan Bank Credit & Prepaid cardholders will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on qualifying purchases, subject to these terms and conditions.

3. Discount Cap: The maximum discount per transaction is KD 15.

4. Minimum Purchase Requirement: A minimum purchase of KD 30 per transaction is required to qualify for this promotion.

5. Eligible Categories: The offer applies only to purchases from the following departments: Grocery Food Roastery, Chilled & Dairy, Frozen, and Fresh Food. Other departments, including Consumer Electronics (including mobile phones), Fashion, Beauty Items, Tobacco products, Stationery, Toys, and others, are excluded.

6. Redemption Channels: The promotion is valid at Lulu stores (in-store) and online via the Lulu website or mobile app.

7. Redemption Limit: Each customer can redeem this Offer once per day during the Promotion Period.

8. Eligible Transactions: Only in-store and online purchases are considered ("Eligible Transactions"). Disputed, reversed, cancelled, or refunded transactions are not eligible.

9. Non-Transferability: The promotion is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
