TOD Promotion
These Terms and Conditions consists of a promotion (the “Promotion”) where Samsung customers can benefit from a free of charge subscription TOD in Authorized retailers and Samsung brandshops.
The customer will have the opportunity to redeem the Promotion when activating Samsung TV through the Promo app.
The Promotion will start on 28th May until 17th July, (the “Promotion Period”).
• This Promotion will be only available in authorized Samsung partner stores and Brand Stores (“Stores”) in the Kuwait (“Territory”)
• The Vouchers Codes quantity is limited, and provided on a first come first serve basis.
• The TOD package consists of the following splits of up to 12 months:

Mechanism to avail TOD:
• The customer must purchase the TV from Samsung Brandshops and Samsung Retailers.

• Once the customer received the purchased TV, the customer shall download the Promo app on their Product(s), or it can be pre-installed.
• To receive the OTT Offer code, the customer must open the Promo App and click the “Get It Now” or “Use Now” button upon seeing the available Offer.
• The customer will be prompted to confirm their Samsung Account. If the customers do not have a Samsung account, they will need to create one.
• Customers will see on-screen instructions to guide them through the process.
• The complimentary voucher must be activated within two weeks of the TV delivery; otherwise, it will no longer be available.
Partner Terms and Conditions:
• Voucher can be redeemed using web/ mobile browser.
• For all devices, World Cup pass users can stream on up to 2 devices simultaneously at any given time.
• The World Cup only pass includes world cup + 1 year of entertainment.
General Terms:
This Promotion is only available for partners’ VODs in the following countries (the “Territory”):
The subscription to the any of the TOD subscriptions is subject to all applicable terms & conditions of the VOD partner. Such terms & conditions will be presented to the customer at the time of the subscription on the TOD website or application.
The Promotion and its related Terms and Conditions are subject to change and update at any time by Samsung.
• The Promotion is not transferable to another Product nor is refundable or exchangeable for another content or service provided by Samsung or partners involved.
• This Promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing or future offer/promotion, and is not transferable.
• Samsung will be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify the Promotion or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior or during the Promotion Period.
By participating in this Promotion, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the participation in this Promotion, will be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the country of purchase of the Products within the Territory and such disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in that country.
