Lulu Campaign Feb’26 – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer

Get 10% cashback (capped at AED 100) when you spend a minimum single transaction of AED 800 at Lulu in-store or online (Lulu website and mobile app).

2. Campaign Period

The campaign is valid from 1st February 2026 to 25th March 2026, both days inclusive.

3. Qualification Criteria

  • A valid Visa Covered Card issued by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (“ADIB”) must be used for payment.
  • The minimum single transaction amount to qualify for cashback is AED 800.
  • Cashback will be applicable only on the first qualifying transaction during the offer period and is limited to one transaction per customer.
  • Transactions that are reversed, refunded, or disputed will not be eligible for cashback.
  • The ADIB Covered Card used must be active at the time of cashback fulfilment.
  • The cashback amount will be credited to the respective ADIB Visa Covered Card on or before 30th June 2026.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.
  • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to the terms and conditions set by both ADIB and Lulu.

Exclusions

  • Payments made through Apple Pay and Samsung Pay are not eligible for the discount.

4. General Terms and Conditions

  • ADIB encourages customers to use their Card only for necessary expenditure.
  • Any disputes related to the promotion must be raised within one (1) month from the campaign end date.
  • By participating in this campaign, customers agree to be bound by all applicable ADIB Covered Card Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Islamic Banking Services, which prohibit the use of ADIB Covered Cards for non-Shari’a compliant products or services as determined by ADIB’s Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee. This includes, but is not limited to, alcohol, pork products, gambling, tobacco, casinos, bars, nightclubs, and merchants selling or providing pornography-related products or services.
